Locked out
Keys locked in?
Mobile lockout is vehicle unlock when keys are locked in — not a published dollar price. Call service during shop hours (Mon–Fri 8am–7pm, Sat 8am–2pm) and we will confirm if a tech can come or if a locksmith is the safer path. After hours, call the store and we will tell you what is available. We do not advertise a lockout fee.

Mobile services are situational depending on the vehicle and the specific repair. We do not guarantee every service can be performed mobile on every vehicle. If on-site is not safe or practical, we will offer a shop appointment or pickup & delivery instead.

A human on our service team confirms on-site eligibility for your vehicle and repair, then assigns a technician.
3. We come to you
Your tech arrives at the job site. Mobile travel is included on your repair order based on distance from our Frederick dealership (within ~50 miles).
Pricing on the repair order
There is no separate “trip fee” invoice. Distance-based mobile travel is included on your RO using radius bands from the dealership. Exact amounts are confirmed with your advisor for your location.
