This website is operated for Renn Kirby Frederick Auto. Messaging and lead-routing technology may be provided by Legible Marketing as a service provider on behalf of the dealership.
SMS messaging program terms
Program name: Renn Kirby Frederick Auto Customer Care SMS (operated with Legible Marketing)
Program description: Transactional customer-care texts about appointments, missed-call follow-ups, service or visit status, and two-way replies about your vehicle, trade-in, financing inquiry, or service request. This program is not used for unsolicited promotional blast marketing to purchased lists.
How to opt in
Web opt-in: On public forms such as https://www.rennkirbyfrederick.com/en/contact (also service, test-drive, and related inquiry forms), enter your mobile number and optionally check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
Text-in: You may also text the published dealership number (301) 835-1283; we reply only in that consumer-initiated thread.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HELP and STOP
Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. For additional support email legiblemarketing@gmail.com or call (301) 835-1283. After STOP you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again (for example by replying START or checking the web consent box on a new form).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
